Coprocessors
A list of entities to which Sprzedaje.tv sp. z o.o. (Lexeme.eu) further entrusts the processing of data stored by Customers within their Services (Article 28(2) and (4) of the GDPR). We will give 14 days’ notice of any changes (§5 of the Data Processing Agreement).
Servers and customer data (hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, games, streaming, GPU, AI API) are located in the Service Provider’s own data centre in Imielin (13a Xawerego Dunikowskiego Street, 41-407 Imielin). We also store backups off-site, using the services of the external provider listed below – these are used solely for data recovery in the event of a failure.

GPU services and AI model APIs run on the Service Provider’s servers; data submitted to the API is not sent to external AI model providers.
The list does not include entities that process customers’ data in their capacity as buyers (payments, invoices, accounting, domain registration) – these are covered by the Privacy Policy. Nor does it include telecommunications operators, who merely transmit data and do not have access to it.
